All natural persons aged 18 and over with an active account in the FishingBuddies app are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Participation is by active participation in a competition within the FishingBuddies app. Participation is free and not tied to a purchase, unless otherwise stated in the respective competition.
The competition period, terms of participation, prizes, values, and the method of determining winners are determined and displayed exclusively in the respective competition within the app.
The information provided there is binding and supplements these general terms of participation.
The prizes offered in each competition are material prizes. The type of prize, number of winners, and the respective value can be found in the description of the respective competition.
Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of prizes is excluded.
